All items will be shipped after the pre-order period has closed to allow time for product ordering and recipt by the zine. Please check our twitter page for regular updates. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

PLEASE ensure that your address that you fill out for your order is correct. If your address is incorrect on your order and it is declared undeliverable and returned to us, you will be asked to pay postage again to send it to the correct address. Please double check your address before ordering!

If you notice it is incorrect after you order, please contact us through email ASAP at [email protected] so we can fix it before shipping.

DISCLAIMERS: International orders may be subject to customs and VAT fees within your own Country. We are not responsible for any customs or VAT charges, as this is out of our control. Please be aware when ordering internationally.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY:

Refunds may only be processed during pre-orders. Any returns requested afterward may not be fulfilled.  

To cancel or change your bundle, please contact us before pre-orders end by emailing us. You can contact us at [email protected] In the email, include the order number from the receipt you recieved after buying as well as the name you placed your order under. 

While we take care that your order is kept in good condition, we cannot control any damages that occur in transit. Should you receive damaged or missing goods, please contact us within one month of receiving your order for replacements or refunds depending on stock available.
